their specific needs. Below are the three most common Shared Servicing
arrangements enjoyed by our clients:
Application Service Provider
Institutions who wish to retain responsibility for all servicing functions but who are looking to leverage
Graystone Solution's technology, may use Graystone as a portal to the MortgageServ system. This
arrangement works well with institutions with an existing servicing staff and any other organization who
wishes to access a premier servicing platform but does not want to incur the expense of purchasing it
outright or be concerned with updating and maintaining the platform.
Shared Servicing
This is by far our most convenient and popular service option. The MortgageServ online, real time
servicing system allows each client to create a personalized contract which identifies servicing functions
based on whether the institution, Graystone Solutions, or both will assume responsibility for that function.
Total Outsourcing
Graystone provides the benefit of a seasoned, experienced staff to complement its superior servicing platform.
If you wish, we can provide a "soup to nuts" servicing program and perform all aspects of servicing, all on a
private label basis. Many of our housing agencies and large loan aggregators take advantage of this option.
