Jack Pence has more than twenty four years of experience in the mortgage industry, including progressive responsibilities in all aspects of mortgage loan production for his first twelve years. The last fifteen years have been dedicated to the development, marketing, and implementation of mortgage technologies. Prior to Graystone, he served as VP, Director of Strategic Alliances for Fiserv Lending Solutions responsible for partner relationships. Before Fiserv, he was Senior Vice President, Director of Credit Technology, at North American Mortgage, where he managed the implementation of automated underwriting systems for the multi-channel lender prior to their acquisition by Washington Mutual. Prior to that, he spent several years marketing the Loan Prospector® automated underwriting system to lenders for Freddie Mac and worked with their customers to ensure that the newly launched product met their business requirements. This broad base of experience as a lender, a GSE representative, and a technology vendor has given Jack a unique and insightful perspective on the mortgage marketplace and the technological needs of lenders and borrowers. Jack received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. He received his Certified Mortgage Banker designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association in May of 2005. |
