real-time servicing application, Shared Servicing™ has been developed to allow
clients to maintain contact with their customers while having Graystone manage
the backroom functions.
Shared Servicing™ allows Graystone Banks to design a tailored servicing
program to meet their specific needs. The components of servicing (customer
service, investor accounting, escrow management, cashiering, loss mitigation,
and default management) may be divided between Graystone and you to best
meet your operational needs and business requirements.
Shared Servicing™ is a private-label application that allows Banks to maintain
direct contact with customers in the area of customer service and collections.
For example, your staff is able to access your loans, which are maintained in
a discreet database, via a secure internet connection.
